About – Description
Created in 2015, Phone Phever is a fast-paced family trivia game that gets laughs and test players knowledge.
It can be played by up to 20 players and has an age of 13 and over while it can take up to an hour to play. This is a game that is based around the mobile phone, so it is a game that almost everyone should be familiar with.

Phone Phever is the perfect game for those who love trivia games because this comes with 1,200 questions. It’s a great game for bringing large groups of people together while the younger players could also learn from the trivia aspect of the game.
Skill – Complexity
This is a very simple game to play as it only requires players to answer questions. Of course, answering these questions will require some element of knowledge when players are not allowed to use their smartphones but when they can use their smartphone, they will require the use of their research skills.
It is a simple game to play that is based on a roll of the die, moving a marker and answering questions.
Set Up – Playing Rules & Instructions
The game consists of a board, 8 colored pieces, 25 Phever challenge cards, 25 Phact or Phiction cards, 150 yellow Phun Phacts question cards and a die.
Play begins with a roll of the die and the player moves the number of spaces that corresponds with the number on the die. If they land on a yellow step, they’re asked a trivia question where they can use the smartphone……
The first player to answer the question correctly then takes control of the die and can either choose to play with a select category or all categories.
If players land on a red step, they cannot use their smartphone but they are asked a Phact or Phiction question. If they answer incorrectly, the die moves to the left…….
Should they land on a green phone step, a green card is drawn and that contains a challenge which is read out to the person who matches the die number. They have to use their smartphone during this part and the player who completes the challenge first takes control of the die.
The first player to make it around the board and finish in the Phone shop wins the game.

Players enjoy the fast pace of this game and the need to research on your phone which is not always as simple as it might sound.
It’s a great game for teenagers but families can play although it is better played in larger groups. Overall, players think this is a fun and exciting game.

This is a modern game that calls on technology to find answers and that will appeal to the younger generation but still, players of all ages can play this if they can use a phone to research.
